Biography

Shenita has proudly called Edmonton home for the last 30 years.  Her hands-on approach is centered around taking care of people, delivering quality service, and fostering trust through transparency and integrity.

Her previous background with new construction and design in the New Home Building Industry, along with her current role as a REALTOR®, allows Shenita to serve her clients and guide them through the journey of homeownership.

As a licensed REALTOR®, Shenita combines her passion for real estate with strong negotiation skills and a client-first approach.

Clients describe her as responsive, reliable, highly organized, and always available. Her warm, friendly personality makes every step of the process feel welcoming and stress-free.

When she isn’t selling real estate, Shenita spends time with her Husband, 2 sons and their Cavapoo. She is also a Hockey Mom and can be found at the Arenas cheering on her kids and their teams.
